fix(fe): respect safe area at the bottom of selector sheets

• country selector: let the list flex and pad by the bottom inset instead of a fixed pb-20, so the last country is never cut off
• deposit token sheet: fixed 500pt snap point and bottom inset padding on the container, with a plain 16pt gap left on the scroll content
