The bar lifts with the keyboard but kept its safe-area bottom inset, so it floated a nav-bar's height above the keys on Android. Interpolate the inset away over its own height, clamped, so it is gone within the first frames of the lift.
The window does not resize under the keyboard (KeyboardProvider runs the app edge to edge), so add a scroll spacer that grows by the keyboard height — without it the last field stays hidden behind the keys.
