- Add a confirm-before-passcode sheet and a dedicated success screen
- Rework the form UI: balance row, masked card row, big amount input
- Lower the minimum transfer to $5 and keep the min-amount copy in sync
- Fix transfer-form tests broken by the new icon import and confirm step
