• Firebase moves from moanapay-dev to the new project ahad-d41a8: new GoogleService-Info.plist (fe/ and fe/ios/AHAD/) and google-services.json.

Before shipping a build from this

• App Store Connect: after EAS registers com.ahad.app.development (first eas build -p ios), switch app 6826052581's Bundle ID in App Information. If ASC no longer allows it (build 6 was uploaded with tech.hola.ahad), create a new ASC app and update the three ascAppId values in fe/eas.json.
• Push: upload an APNs key (team 7Z6B5FZFUA) to Firebase ahad-d41a8, and rotate backend FIREBASE_PROJECT_ID / FIREBASE_PRIVATE_KEY / FIREBASE_CLIENT_EMAIL to an ahad-d41a8 service account in the same release. firebase-admin.service.ts swallows send errors, so a mismatch fails silently.
• Fingerprint changes on both platforms: new staging iOS + Android builds are needed before the next pnpm update:staging. The new id installs side by side with the old app (users sign in again).
• Local ios/ / android/ dirs keep the old id until pnpm prebuild:<env> (no --clean).
