Why
The develop -> main MR (!129 (closed)) fails the commitlint job (job 26517):

✖ subject may not be empty [subject-empty]
✖ type may not be empty [type-empty]Commit 306f93a6 ("Fix docker") was pushed straight to develop without a conventional type. Rewording it would mean rewriting the protected branch's history.
What
Add 'Fix docker' to the ignores list in commitlint.config.js and fe/commitlint.config.js. This follows the earlier legacy exemptions in a8d12fbf. The match is exact (message.trim()), so later commits are still linted.
After this merges, re-run the pipeline on !129 (closed).
