ci(be): cap jest workers at the runner cpu limit

Merged Khanh Pham requested to merge ci/be-test-max-workers into develop Oct 08, 2026

Why

moanapay CI now runs on the project runner holapc-ci (#14), a Docker executor that caps each job at 4 CPUs / 5 GB. Jest sizes its worker pool from the host core count (12), so be:test started 11 ts-jest workers inside 4 CPUs and took 731 s instead of about 320 s on runner-contabo.

What

be:test runs yarn test:cov --maxWorkers=4 .... No other job changes.

Test

This MR's own pipeline runs be:test on holapc-ci. The expected result is the same 9 pre-existing failing suites as develop (the job is allow_failure), in less time.
