Add the model policy (opus plans, haiku scans and runs routine tasks, sonnet runs hard tasks and per-task reviews) and the opus review gate to CLAUDE.md. Drop /implement, /review and /ship in favour of the superpowers workflow; the implementer commits per task when asked and the two reviewers report BLOCKING/SHOULD-FIX/NIT with a verdict line.
